Small, couzy restaurant in the heart of Chianti, made of just one room that includes the kitchen and the dining room, in Summertime is also equipped with a beautiful patio that allows guests to enjoy fresh Chianti breeze looking at one of the most beautiful and charming squares in the world.

The young couple running the restaurant, Mima and Salvatore “Dodo” Toscano, offers with passion and knowledge great Tuscan food, simple and tasty, matched by a lovely bottle of locally produced wine (let Dodo guide you through the selection).

In our restaurant you can taste the real “Chianina” beef, brought up in a semi-wild environment, cooked and garnished in many possible ways. Other typical dishes offered at the restaurant include “Peposo”, the typical stew from Impruneta, the “Lardellato” filet and the “Cinta Senese”, which is a breed of pork black in colour with a white band on the back, very distinctive of the area. We use Cinta Senese to prepare several dishes, among them the sauce for our renowned Garganelli pasta and the “gran Tegame di Cinta” (big pan of Cinta), traditional recipe from Greve in Chianti.

Something not to miss are the cold cuts of pork (salame, prosciutto, etc..), the great goat cheeses, fresh porcini mushrooms and the pasta dishes, all made with artisanal pasta.

Finally, being in Greve in Chianti, we cannot avoid to have a special care for Extravirgin Olive Oil and, of course, wine. Our wine list is wide but mainly focused on the superb producers of Chianti Classico Appellation, famous in the world for the high quality wines produced here-

We have three set menus: Light for 18€, Typical for 22€ and the so called “Meat from Chianti” for 30€
